1:1 MENTORING
The Mending Circle offers 1:1 mentoring to support meaningful reflection and action to align your creative gifts and purpose with the work of ancestral healing and the reparative movement of money, land and power.
Mentoring sessions are guided by curiosity, intuition, storytelling, heart-centered listening, embodiment, self-generated ceremony and connection to nature. This offering supports you to draw upon your visions for liberation and healing for yourself and your lineage, and to create meaningful goals towards alignment and integrity. This can look so many ways, depending on your family story, access to wealth, and more. I strive to meet you where you are, and follow your vision, pace, and intentions for engaging this work, and hold you accountable to your values rather than your fears.
Mentoring is not psychotherapy, nor should it be used as a substitute for counseling, legal or financial services.
Who I work with:
I work with folks with inherited wealth with a minimum access to $200,000 and/or direct access to land. Based on my own lived experience, I offer particular focus on high-net-wealth individuals (assets of $1M+), folks with family offices, and descendants of founders of multinational corporations.
If you do not fit into this bracket, yet feel what I offer can be of service to you and the questions you’re asking, let me know and we can determine together if working with me is a good fit.
This work is designed to be one-on-one, but I can also work with couples, siblings, and parent/child pairs. For groups of 3 or more, I offer a more tailored year-long curriculum.

This journey will take place over twelve 60-minute sessions, either via phone or zoom. If you are local to Sonoma County or the Bay Area, I am open to scheduling in-person sessions as well.
Option 1 - 2 sessions a month for six months
Option 2 – 1-2 session per month for nine months (2 sessions per month for the first, second and last month)
Option 3 – Flexible scheduling (for returning clients or participants in previous group programs only)

I work with a sliding scale based on access to wealth :
$500/session: “I have access to wealth ($4M - $10M+) and/or an earned income of $200k +”
$300/session: “I have access to wealth ($1M - $3M+) and/or an earned income of $100k+”
$200/session: “I have access to wealth ($500k +) and/or an earned income of $75k +”
$100/session: “I have some access to wealth, less than $500,000 and/or an earned income of $40K+”
If these rates are a stretch, let's have a conversation about your situation and find out what can work for both of us.
You may also choose to pay somewhere between these guidelines. For example, if you have access to $3.5M, perhaps you’d like to pay $400/session. I encourage you to find the amount that feels like an authentic investment in this work.
What you can expect:
Together we’ll work to build a mentoring arc that moves towards your visions and goals of connecting with / researching ancestors, moving money in reparative ways, organizing family and friends, and showing up for land justice.
Our mentoring journey will be rooted in the following elements:

A clear and meaningful statement of why you are committing to do this work and what you are marking and claiming in doing so that guides you in this work.

A list of your actionable goals related to ancestors and money that are rooted in your vision for the world and the legacy you want to leave behind.

A commitment to spending at least 1 hour/week working towards your goals, and a daily somatic practice to care for your physical and emotional body during this arc.

A self-generated ceremony to mark and confirm the work you have undertaken during this time, near the end of the journey.

An offering back to your community that invites those around you to witness and learn from the steps you have taken, as we wrap up.
My Redistribution Commitment:
I have a commitment to redistribute 25% of my income through this work to social and climate justice movements, communities and land projects. With the other 75% I am working to cover my life’s expenses so that I can redistribute my own inheritance more fully. Here is a list of where I redistributed my income in 2025.
